The ultimate Birdwatching Trip with private Bird Guide

Leica Ultravid HD-Plus Binoculars & Scope

The Vidå lock and Margrethe Koog in Denmark form the beginning of the trip. On the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea coast, the Hauke-Haien-Koog and the Beltringharder Koog are two of the fantastic bird areas that we see among others. on this tour.

The southernmost point of this trip is the Eider Barrier, which contains a colony of Arctic terns. The white-gray bird with the black cap and bright red beak brings up its offspring right next to the parking lot of Germany's largest coastal protection agency. In 2018, 220 pairs of coastal terns and 150 pairs of common terns were counted.

We also visit the Katinger Watt at the Eider estuary. Meadow birds such as the avocet and the lapwing feel just as comfortable here as gray geese and sea eagles with their young.
